Ayia Anna is the most iconic beach in Amorgos, since it is here where the “Big Blue” movie was filmed. A scenery of unique wild beauty, with massive rocks, crystal cool water, and a small pebble bay.
The beach takes its name from the church of Ayia Anna which is located over the bay. Ayia Anna beach is close to Chora, under the Monastery of Panayia Chozoviotissa.
